From the museums, opera houses, and Seine of Paris to the Bernese Oberland, Bachalpsee, Zermatt, and the Matterhorn, this France–Switzerland trip moved between cities, art, and mountains. Paris revealed the layered weight of civilization, while Switzerland brought everything back to light, water, scale, and the presence of the mountains. What remained was the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, lake reflections, alpenglow — and a journey that slowly turned from “we went there” into “we remember.”
